Full-time Delivery Rider

About the role

Shadowfax is hiring full‑time Delivery Riders for its Shaikpet hub. Riders pick up parcels from the hub and deliver them to customers across the assigned area, ensuring each shipment arrives safely and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Collect packages from the local hub and deliver them to customers following assigned routes.
• Verify order details and obtain delivery confirmation using the mobile application.
• Maintain regular communication with the hub supervisor or support team.
• Handle cash or digital payments when required and complete basic documentation.
• Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer feedback promptly.
• Adhere to traffic rules, safety guidelines, and company standards for parcel handling.

Required profile

• Strong navigation and route‑planning abilities, familiar with Shaikpet and surrounding areas.
• Valid two‑wheeler driving licence and safe riding skills.
• Basic communication and customer‑service skills.
• Good time‑management, reliability and ability to handle multiple deliveries.
• Physical stamina for extended riding and handling parcels.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and peak hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency with smartphone navigation and delivery applications.
