Full-time Caregiver – On-site in Kerala

About the role

The Caregiver will work full-time on-site in Kerala, providing person‑centered assistance to clients with daily living activities. The role focuses on promoting independence, safety and dignity while offering companionship and emotional support.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility support.
• Prepare meals, provide feeding assistance and support light housekeeping.
• Monitor clients’ well‑being, follow care plans and report any changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals.
• Offer companionship, emotional and social support in a respectful manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to safety protocols.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to provide personal care and support with daily living activities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interaction with clients, families and colleagues.
• Basic understanding of health, hygiene and safety practices in a care setting.
• Physical ability to assist with lifting, repositioning and mobility‑related tasks.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site, including occasional evenings, weekends or holidays.
