Full-time Bahasa UTBK Teacher – Cilacap

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Bahasa UTBK (national university entrance exam) teacher to join our team in Cilacap. The role involves delivering high-quality classroom instruction, coaching fellow teachers, and supporting students and parents in achieving academic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide coaching and training sessions for MT Akademia teachers to improve their teaching effectiveness.
• Conduct consulting sessions with students and parents together with Student Advisors to outline pathways for academic success.
• Run Homework Clinics (Klinik PR) to help students resolve academic challenges.
• Participate in Class‑by‑Class (CBC) sessions and share best practices with the regional team.
• Teach directly in classroom settings, ensuring engaging and effective lessons.
• Meet the required number of CBC and classroom teaching sessions.
• Maintain strong relationships with BAC employees and other stakeholders for smooth class operations.
• Develop teaching materials and assignments as needed to support the curriculum.

Required profile

• Experience preparing students for USBN/UTBK/Ujian Mandiri exams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• At least one year of teaching experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and classroom management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
