Full-Stack TypeScript Engineer (Remote, Goa preferred)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Full‑Stack TypeScript Engineer to join a small, fast‑moving team building an LLM‑powered project‑management platform. The role is remote‑friendly with a strong preference for candidates based in Goa or able to visit Goa periodically, and it requires good overlap with Indian working hours.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend workflows, integrations, and LLM‑driven features for the platform.
• Build usable user interfaces while focusing on backend and internal tooling.
• Collaborate on system design, data flow, trade‑offs, and failure‑mode analysis.
• Ship small‑to‑medium features from ambiguous requirements to production.
• Use LLM tools responsibly to accelerate development, debugging, and problem‑solving.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and full‑stack web development.
• Ability to turn unclear or changing requirements into practical software.
• Comfort with thinking about system boundaries, data flow, and maintainability.
• Willingness to incorporate LLMs into daily engineering work.
