Full Stack Trainer

About the role

As a Full Stack Trainer at upGrad’s Offline Learning Centres, you will lead in‑person sessions that cover programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and modern web technologies. You will mentor learners, guide project work, and help them build career‑ready skills in a dynamic classroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and hands‑on training in Full Stack Development.
• Explain concepts, case studies, and real‑world projects to ensure deep understanding.
• Collaborate with centre managers and academic teams to track learner progress.
• Provide doubt‑clearing, mentorship, and career guidance to students.
• Continuously refresh course content to align with industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of teaching or training experience in Full Stack Development or related fields.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Comfortable delivering both classroom and camera‑facing online sessions.
• BE/B.Tech degree or higher.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Java.
• Solid grasp of Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Hands‑on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
