Full Stack .NET Tax Senior Developer

About the role

EY’s GDS Tax Technology team is looking for a Senior Full‑Stack .NET Developer to design, build and maintain innovative tax solutions for internal and client‑facing professionals. You will work within the Solution Delivery pillar, translating tax requirements into robust, scalable software.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions as defined by the Solution Development team.
• Estimate effort, create work breakdown structures, identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Monitor compliance with development methodologies, tools and key performance indicators.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication across teams.
• Contribute to engineering standards, best practices and methodology improvements.
• Anticipate and resolve technical problems, articulating issues and solutions clearly.
• Proactively identify issues, present options and drive resolutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work with limited direction while providing supervision to junior team members.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and ability to anticipate challenges.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
