Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to design, develop and deliver end‑to‑end features for our client‑focused solutions. The role combines user‑experience design with backend development, leveraging cloud‑first and agile practices to solve complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and configure applications that meet business process and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand project needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead technical decisions, mentor team members and coordinate with multiple squads to ensure alignment.
• Provide innovative solutions using new technologies, with a focus on cloud platforms.
• Facilitate knowledge‑sharing sessions to raise the overall capability of the development team.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of full‑time education (equivalent to a university degree).
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
• Proven experience in application design and development methodologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Familiarity with project management tools and agile techniques.
