Full Stack Engineer – Hybrid (Bhopal)

About the role

Sajal Tech is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join its hybrid team in Bhopal. You will work on end‑to‑end web applications, collaborating closely with designers and product owners to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications across front‑end and back‑end layers.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and product stakeholders to translate requirements into functional features.
• Write clean, efficient, and well‑documented code.
• Integrate APIs and third‑party services.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and continuous improvement of development processes.
• Document technical work and actively engage in agile ceremonies.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack development experience building end‑to‑end web applications.
• Solid front‑end skills with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Robust back‑end expertise in server‑side programming, API design, and database integration.
• Experience with modern frameworks or libraries such as React, Angular, Vue, Node.js, or .NET.
• Good understanding of version control (Git), CI/CD practices, and basic cloud/DevOps concepts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent communication, proactive mindset, and ability to adapt to evolving project requirements.
