Full-Stack Engineer (AI-Native Development)

About the role

We are seeking a Full‑Stack Engineer who will build modern web applications while embedding autonomous AI agents into product workflows. The role combines traditional full‑stack development with AI‑native integration, allowing you to shape the next generation of intelligent software.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end features, from pixel‑perfect React UIs to scalable Node.js/Express back‑ends.
• Design and implement tool‑calling structures, API endpoints, and system contexts that enable AI agents to interact autonomously with external business systems.
• Create human‑in‑the‑loop experiences, such as real‑time streaming dashboards and approval interfaces, to monitor and guide AI actions safely.
• Leverage AI‑native development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Windsurf) to accelerate feature delivery and improve code quality.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of professional experience building full‑stack web applications.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Express, and React.
• Experience designing relational schemas in PostgreSQL or MySQL and exposing them via robust APIs.
• Curiosity and eagerness to master LLM‑driven workflows, function calling, RAG systems, and emerging protocols such as the Model Context Protocol.
• Ability to quickly learn new AI tooling and adapt to a fast‑changing technology landscape.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments is a plus.
