Full Stack Engineer – 1-2 Years Experience

About the role

Ahy Consulting is seeking a motivated Full Stack Engineer with 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience. You will join AI‑first projects, building end‑to‑end solutions using Laravel, PHP, React, Node.js and various APIs. The role is full‑time and remote, but candidates must reside in Dombivli, Kalyan, Thane or Navi Mumbai.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain scalable applications across Laravel, PHP, React and Node.js.
• Integrate AI models, build Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and implement guardrails.
• Design and consume REST and GraphQL APIs, manage third‑party integrations and authentication.
• Own the full stack—from database schema (MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Percona, ChromaDB) to responsive UI and state management.
• Optimize performance, improve load times, and ensure system reliability.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards and document architecture decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1‑2 years of professional full‑stack development experience.
• Self‑starter who can take ownership from day one with minimal guidance.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to debug issues independently.
