About the role

We are seeking a passionate Full Stack Developer to join our team building a unique tours and activities platform. You will work on both the front‑end and back‑end, creating a seamless web experience for travelers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails and React.js.
• Integrate front‑end components with back‑end services and APIs.
• Write automated tests and ensure high code quality.
• Optimize performance, including database queries and in‑memory caching.
• Collaborate with other engineers to deliver features on schedule.

Required profile

• Strong CS fundamentals and problem‑solving abilities.
• 4+ years of experience building scalable web applications.
• Passion for learning new technologies and continuous improvement.
• Ability to take ownership of features from design to deployment.

Required skills

• Ruby on Rails (2+ years)
• React.js (2+ years)
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Git version control
• PostgreSQL or MySQL, with experience designing schemas and indexes
• Redis, Memcached, or similar in‑memory stores
• Writing raw SQL queries
• Background job processing (Sidekiq, Delayed Jobs)
• REST API design and implementation
• Automated testing with RSpec or comparable frameworks
