Full Stack Developer

About the role

DropX Logistics is building an internal technology platform to power its fast‑growing e‑commerce and quick‑commerce operations across India. We are looking for a proactive Full Stack Developer who enjoys creating products from scratch and solving operational challenges with code.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable internal web dashboards and ERP tools.
• Build and maintain rider and employee mobile applications.
• Create backend APIs, database schemas, and system integrations.
• Translate operational workflows into simple, automated software solutions.
• Develop analytics and reporting dashboards for decision‑making.
• Collaborate directly with leadership on long‑term product and tech strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong product mindset and ability to own features from concept to deployment.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, startup‑like environments is a plus.

Required skills

• JavaScript / TypeScript
• React.js, Next.js (or similar frontend frameworks)
• Node.js, Express (or similar backend frameworks)
• Flutter, React Native (or similar mobile frameworks)
• PostgreSQL / MySQL
