Full Stack Developer – Cloud & React/Node

About the role

Deloitte's Resource Management team in India is looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, build and maintain high‑performance web applications that support staffing and project allocation processes. You will work with modern cloud services and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable front‑ends using React.js and Next.js.
• Develop robust back‑ends with Node.js (or Java/Python) and expose secure RESTful APIs.
• Deploy, monitor and maintain applications on Azure services such as App Service, Container Registry, Functions and Blob Storage.
• Manage relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL stores (MongoDB, Cosmos DB), including schema design and query optimisation.
• Participate in peer code reviews, enforce coding standards and write unit/integration tests with Jest, Mocha or Cypress.
• Containerise applications with Docker and support basic Kubernetes (AKS) orchestration.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience with microservices and cloud‑native design.
• Familiarity with OAuth2 and JWT for authentication.
• Experience using generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) to accelerate development.
