About the role
Healthy Herbal, a fast‑growing Ayurvedic wellness company, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus. You will design, build, and maintain high‑performance web applications that power our e‑commerce, CRM, ERP, and inventory management platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, Express.js and optionally NestJS.
- Create secure RESTful APIs, implement JWT/OAuth authentication, and role‑based access control.
- Optimize server performance, database queries, and design scalable database schemas (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Integrate third‑party services such as payment gateways (Razorpay, PhonePe, PayU), SMS/WhatsApp, email, Google APIs, Firebase, Cloudinary and delivery APIs.
- Build inventory, CRM, ERP, and order‑management systems while ensuring application security and data protection.
- Develop responsive front‑end components using React.js (or Next.js), HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Tailwind, and connect them to backend APIs.
- Write clean, reusable code, debug production issues, and improve overall performance.
Required profile
- 3–5+ years of full‑stack development experience with a primary focus on backend architecture.
- Proven ability to build large‑scale web applications, preferably in e‑commerce or CRM domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills; capable of independent work and team collaboration.
Required skills
- Node.js, Express.js, NestJS (preferred)
- PHP, Laravel (good to have)
- REST API development, JWT, OAuth, Webhooks, Socket.io
- Background jobs / Cron jobs, API security, microservices (preferred)
- MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, database design, query optimization, indexing, stored procedures
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Next.js (preferred), Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Redux/Context API
- Git, GitHub, Linux server administration, Nginx, Docker (preferred)
- AWS, DigitalOcean, VPS, CI/CD basics
- Integration experience with Razorpay, PhonePe, PayU, WhatsApp Business API, SMS gateway, email services, Google APIs, Firebase, Cloudinary, Shiprocket
