Full-Stack / AI Platform Engineer - Senior Associate

About the role

Join PwC’s Acceleration Center India as a Full‑Stack / AI Platform Engineer at the Senior Associate level. You will work with global advisory, assurance, tax and business services teams to turn large data sets into actionable insights for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large datasets and support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Develop, implement and optimise algorithms and machine‑learning models to improve client operations.
• Perform data manipulation, visualization and statistical modelling to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for further data‑driven improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and guide them in applying data‑analysis methodologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data analytics, AI or related fields, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous situations and deliver high‑quality work under uncertainty.
• Strong communication skills to build meaningful client connections and influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated capability to mentor and inspire junior colleagues.
