Full Lifecycle Recruiter – AWS Recruiting

About the role

The Amazon Web Services Talent Acquisition team is seeking a customer‑focused Full Lifecycle Recruiter to partner with Sourcers and Recruiting Coordinators. You will drive candidate search, process improvement, and deliver high‑quality recruiting services for technical positions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to design effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
• Manage expectations of internal customers and ensure SLA compliance.
• Develop and execute recruitment plans, including timelines and tracking mechanisms.
• Lead special projects such as interview best‑practice assessments and internal talent sourcing.
• Maintain a proactive pipeline of technical candidates through market research and relationship management.
• Conduct in‑depth candidate interviews and achieve high offer‑to‑interview ratios.

Required profile

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high‑volume, high‑bar environment.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience handling multiple searches, projects, and client relationships simultaneously.
