Full Lifecycle Recruiter – AWS Recruiting

About the role

The Amazon Web Services Talent Acquisition team is seeking a customer‑focused Full Lifecycle Recruiter to partner with hiring managers, sourcers and recruiting coordinators. You will drive end‑to‑end hiring for technical positions, ensuring a high‑quality candidate experience and meeting internal service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring teams to design and execute sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
• Conduct in‑depth candidate interviews and manage the interview process to achieve high offer‑to‑interview ratios.
• Maintain and grow a pipeline of technical talent through proactive market research and relationship management.
• Recommend and implement recruitment process improvements aligned with Amazon’s high‑bar standards.
• Participate in special projects, such as best‑practice assessments, internal talent sourcing, and senior‑level hiring initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of technical recruiting experience in a high‑volume, high‑bar environment.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and manage expectations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience managing multiple searches and client relationships.
