Full Life Cycle Recruiter – AWS

About the role

The AWS Recruiting team is looking for a customer‑focused Full Life Cycle Recruiter who will partner with hiring managers across multiple business lines. You will manage high‑volume technical requisitions, develop customized hiring strategies, and deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple technical positions, from sourcing to offer closure.
• Partner with hiring managers to design effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches.
• Set and track benchmarks, metrics, and timelines to meet hiring targets.
• Participate in special projects, such as improving interview techniques and leveraging internal talent pools.
• Document recruitment plans with clear deliverables and formal tracking processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of technical recruiting experience in a high‑volume, high‑bar environment.
• Proven ability to build candidate sourcing and closing strategies.
• Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Experience measuring and scaling recruitment workflows across candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting teams.
