About the role

Applied Materials is a global leader in materials engineering solutions used to produce virtually every new chip and advanced display in the world. The Fulfillment role supports global customer sales order demands, handling supply and demand, reporting, and escalation management.

Key responsibilities

• Understand supply and demand for customer sales orders and manage execution through fulfillment.
• Generate reports, track shipments, and monitor delayed or missed fulfillments.
• Coordinate closely with Planning, Purchasing, and Logistics teams.
• Develop relationships with customers and handle global escalations, providing effective solutions for tool downtimes.
• Support multiple time zones to meet global customer sales order demands.
• Participate in design, development, and maintenance of metrics, dashboards, and analytical reports.
• Implement new business reports within established frameworks and train end‑users.

Required profile

• 4–9 years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain Management.
• Bachelor of Engineering or MBA in Operations/Supply Chain.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts (e.g., 6 AM‑3 PM, 9 AM‑6 PM, 6 PM‑3 AM, 9 PM‑6 AM).
