Fulfillment Agent – Schedule Change

About the role

Etraveli Group is seeking a Fulfillment Agent to manage schedule change reservations and support customers across its travel technology platform. Based in Mumbai, you will join a dynamic team that connects millions of travelers with flight options worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Process schedule change reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Handle customer email inquiries related to flight changes and reservations.
• Monitor and manage all operational queues to ensure timely responses.
• Report progress and results to the Team Lead to meet performance goals.
• Adapt to new situations, multitask, and step into different roles as needed.

Required profile

• Graduates or undergraduates from any discipline; freshers are welcome.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus but not mandatory.
