Frontend React Developer (7-15 years) – Bengaluru/Pune

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Frontend React Developer to design, build, and maintain user‑facing components of web applications. You will work closely with the Lead React Developer to ensure high‑quality, accessible, and performant interfaces across devices and browsers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain React UI using JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS following team standards.
• Implement parts of key user journeys with focus on correctness, performance, and accessibility.
• Contribute to component libraries, add enhancements, fix bugs, and adhere to design system guidelines.
• Debug UI defects, layout problems, and minor functional bugs with senior engineer support.
• Ensure responsive behavior across common screen sizes and target browsers.
• Apply accessibility fundamentals (semantic HTML, focus management, keyboard navigation, ARIA when needed).
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI, backend, and QA teams to clarify requirements and deliver end‑to‑end features.
• Write and maintain unit/component tests and handle CI/CD pipeline issues.
• Participate in code reviews and document changes.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of hands‑on experience building web applications with React.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and ability to work with TypeScript.
• Solid fundamentals in HTML5, CSS3, responsive layouts, Flexbox and CSS Grid.
• Experience debugging UI issues and making small functional enhancements.
• Understanding of core React concepts, component composition, and basic state management (Context, Redux a plus).
• Familiarity with performance basics and willingness to learn optimisation techniques.
• Awareness of accessibility best practices and WCAG basics.
