Front Office Receptionist (Female)

About the role

The clinic is seeking a professional and empathetic Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients, caregivers, and visitors. You will manage appointments, handle communications, and ensure the reception area is welcoming and well‑organized.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, caregivers, and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
• Answer, screen, and direct calls while maintaining confidentiality.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments, follow‑ups, and therapy sessions, coordinating with doctors and psychologists.
• Handle patient registration, intake forms, and document verification.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception and waiting area and oversee housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and ensure timely payment of utility bills.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Administration, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of front‑desk or administrative experience; healthcare experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; working proficiency in Hindi and Telugu.
