Front Office Receptionist – Clinic Front Desk

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Office Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our clinic. The role involves greeting patients, managing appointments and supporting clinical staff.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, caregivers and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
• Answer, screen and direct phone calls while maintaining confidentiality.
• Schedule and manage patient appointments, follow‑ups and therapy sessions, coordinating with doctors and psychologists.
• Handle patient registration, intake forms and document verification.
• Provide clear information about clinic services and policies and address queries compassionately.
• Maintain a clean, organized and well‑stocked reception and waiting area, overseeing housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers and ensure timely payment of utility bills.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, patient visits, referrals and billing.
• Support clinicians with day‑to‑day administrative tasks and assist with clinic events.
• Open the clinic each morning and ensure the reception area is ready before the first appointment.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in Administration, Hospitality or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of front desk, receptionist or administrative experience; healthcare experience a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; working proficiency in Hindi and Telugu.
• Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion and remain calm in emergencies.
