Front Office Manager – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to lead the front‑office operations at our luxury hotel in Agra. The role combines strong functional expertise, creativity and entrepreneurial leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver functional expertise and innovative solutions to meet operational business needs.
• Achieve optimal operating results while ensuring the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.
• Communicate and act on key drivers of guest satisfaction for the brand’s target customers.
• Implement guest‑oriented and innovative operational approaches to maintain high service standards.
• Drive Voice of Guest scores and overall guest satisfaction, continuously seeking improvement.
• Represent Accor as an ambassador, enhancing company image and market reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum 8–10 years progressive experience in luxury hotel operations, including 2–3 years in a similar front‑office leadership role.
• Strong process orientation, leadership abilities and organizational skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, capable of driving change and identifying operational efficiencies.
• Proven ability to take ownership of projects and expand responsibilities.
• Successful pre‑opening experience is a distinct advantage.
