Front Office Guest Services Associate

About the role

As a Front Office Guest Services Associate you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. You will work closely with multiple hotel departments to deliver personalized service and uphold Accor’s standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and cashiering duties.
• Review arrival lists, prepare compendiums and input data into the reservation system as needed.
• Welcome guests, register them, issue room keys and ensure all member benefits and VIP recognitions are applied.
• Prepare and place welcome cards and amenities in rooms prior to guest arrival.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and needs.
• Maintain and update the repeat‑guest history system.
• Promote inter‑hotel sales and in‑house facilities to maximize revenue.
• Report for duty on time, wearing a clean, complete uniform and maintaining high personal hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
• 1‑2 years of experience in a front office or guest services role.
