About the role
We are looking for a motivated Front Office Associate to join our hotel team. In this guest‑focused position you will handle check‑ins, check‑outs and room assignments while delivering a memorable experience for every visitor.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests, process check‑ins and check‑outs, and manage room assignments efficiently.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints with professionalism and prompt resolution.
- Process reservations, room changes, billing and payment transactions accurately.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering and other departments to ensure seamless service.
- Promote Marriott Bonvoy enrolments, room upgrades and additional hotel services.
- Maintain guest records and ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of experience in front office operations within the hotel industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
Required skills
- Knowledge of OPERA/PMS (preferred).
