Front Office Executive – Reception & Guest Services

About the role

Kanasu Wellness is seeking a Front Office Executive to be the first point of contact for guests visiting our wellness centre in Udupi. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will create a welcoming atmosphere, manage daily reception activities and support smooth operations across the centre.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, handle check‑ins and check‑outs, and manage phone enquiries.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, coordinating with wellness staff to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate guest records, booking logs and front‑office documentation.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and handling correspondence.
• Support a calm, courteous environment that reflects Kanasu Wellness values.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Reliability, calm demeanor and a courteous attitude.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Udupi.
• Prior experience in hospitality, wellness or healthcare settings is an advantage.
