Front Office Executive – Immediate Joiners

About the role

We are looking for a professional and customer‑focused Front Desk Executive to be the face of our corporate office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front‑office operations efficiently while providing a welcoming experience for visitors and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Manage appointments, meetings, and bookings
• Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when necessary
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and deliveries
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
• Coordinate with internal departments whenever required
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally

Required profile

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management is preferred
• Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive is preferred
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in shifts
• Female candidates are eligible for this role
• Candidates with front‑office, hospitality, or customer‑handling experience will be preferred
• Immediate joiners are an added advantage
