About the role

Le Majestic Business Class Hotel is looking for a friendly, well-presented, and customer-oriented Front Office Executive / Receptionist to join its team. The role involves welcoming guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, assisting with queries, managing front-desk operations and ensuring a smooth, pleasant guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest requests.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest enquiries.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
• Handle guest complaints and provide appropriate assistance.
• Maintain accurate guest records and front-office documentation.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the guest’s stay.

Required profile

• Any degree from a recognized institution.
• Previous hotel or front-office experience is an advantage.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Hindi language skills preferred.
• Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
• Ability to work in shifts.
• Customer-service-oriented and responsible attitude.
