Front Office Executive – Guest Services

About the role

We are seeking a professional, guest‑focused Front Office Executive to join Botanix Nature Resort. You will manage the entire guest journey from arrival to departure, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience. The role involves front‑desk operations, coordination with multiple departments, and delivering high‑quality service throughout each stay.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly, handling check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently.
• Verify guest details, allocate rooms, and provide information on resort facilities, dining, activities, and local attractions.
• Address guest requests, queries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance and other teams to ensure room readiness and special guest requirements.
• Prepare accurate guest bills, handle cash, card and other approved payment methods, and maintain proper documentation.
• Identify upselling opportunities for resort services, upgrades, and paid activities.
• Maintain front‑office records, registers, shift handover notes and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Support the team during high occupancy periods, events and peak times.
