About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position at Valistus International School involves acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors and staff. The Front Office Associate will manage reception duties, oversee front‑office operations and deliver exceptional customer service each day.
Key responsibilities
- Handle receptionist duties and greet visitors.
- Manage front office operations, including phone calls and mail.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students and staff.
- Provide daily exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience in receptionist duties and front‑office operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; knowledge of school administration processes is a plus.
