Front Office Ambassador

About the role

The Front Office Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests arriving at an Accor property. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, anticipate guest needs, and ensure a seamless, personalized experience throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Send pre‑arrival emails and questionnaires to gather guest preferences.
• Recognise and greet each guest by name, building rapport and noting preferences.
• Manage guest schedules and anticipate potential needs.
• Maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Address service requests promptly, following company policies.
• Engage guests in conversation about the property, services, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with disabilities according to established guidelines.
• Support team members to ensure consistent coverage and high‑quality service.
• Ensure compliance with fire, emergency, and safety procedures.
