Front Office Ambassador

About the role

The Front Office Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and anticipating guest needs throughout their stay. Working closely with the lobby team, you will ensure each visitor feels recognized, valued, and supported.

Key responsibilities

• Send pre‑arrival emails and questionnaires to gather guest preferences.
• Greet every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a personalized verbal welcome, using their name whenever possible.
• Build rapport, recognize repeat and VIP guests, and proactively anticipate service needs.
• Manage guest schedules and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy for guest information.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Assist guests with disabilities according to established guidelines.
• Support colleagues to guarantee proper coverage and timely guest service.
• Ensure compliance with fire, emergency, and safety procedures.
