Front Office Ambassador

About the role

The Front Office Ambassador is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and anticipating guest needs throughout their stay. You will work closely with the lobby team to ensure a seamless and personalized experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Send pre‑arrival emails and questionnaires to gather guest preferences.
• Recognize and greet each guest by name, building rapport and anticipating needs.
• Manage guest schedules and proactively address service requests.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of guest information.
• Provide assistance to guests with disabilities according to established guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure full coverage of guest services.
• Ensure compliance with fire, emergency, and safety procedures.
