Front Desk Receptionist (Patient Care Executive)

About the role

Tvameva is seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist / Patient Care Executive to be the face of its healthcare centre. The role involves welcoming patients, managing appointments, coordinating with doctors and diagnostic teams, handling administrative tasks and ensuring a seamless, positive experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Register patients and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails promptly.
• Guide patients through consultations, investigations, and follow‑up visits.
• Coordinate with doctors, laboratory staff, and other departments for smooth patient flow.
• Handle billing, payment collection, receipts, and invoices.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor the reception area and waiting lounge to provide a pleasant experience.
• Address patient queries and escalate concerns when required.
• Prepare daily reports and maintain front‑office records.
• Assist with other administrative and operational tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in reception, front office, customer service, or healthcare administration (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Good organizational and multitasking capabilities.
• Computer proficiency – MS Office and basic data entry.
• Appointment scheduling and administrative coordination.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Fluency in English and Telugu; Hindi is an advantage.
