About the role
Modern Elegance Studio is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and partners at its Bengaluru studio. This full‑time, on‑site role supports the design and project management teams while ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors and manage the reception area.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with proper etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the studio calendar.
- Handle inquiries, relay messages, and assist with basic documentation.
- Maintain front‑desk organization and support general administrative tasks.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; office administration training is a plus.
- Prior experience in a receptionist, front‑desk, or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast‑paced studio environment.
