Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to manage the front‑office of our therapy centre. The role involves greeting parents and visitors, coordinating appointments and ensuring smooth daily operations while maintaining confidentiality of patient information.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complete front desk operations efficiently.
• Welcome and assist parents and visitors in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Coordinate appointments between parents, therapists, and doctors.
• Schedule and manage therapy sessions for children.
• Handle admissions and registration‑related activities.
• Collect therapy fees and maintain payment records.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Perform data entry and prepare reports using MS Excel.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
• Address parent queries and provide timely support.
• Follow up with parents regarding appointments, admissions, pending documentation, and fee collections.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
