Front Desk Receptionist – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for members and visitors at ONEIROS The Sports Club in Surat. This full‑time, on‑site position blends customer service, sales, and basic administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations of the fitness and sports facility.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, manage check‑ins, registrations and membership enquiries.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information on club services, schedules, and facilities.
• Process payments, maintain member records, schedule appointments and coordinate with trainers and administrative staff.
• Promote membership sales, conduct tours, and follow up on leads.
• Handle basic clerical tasks such as data entry, record keeping and filing.

Required profile

• Presentable appearance with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in front‑desk, hospitality or customer‑facing roles is advantageous.
• Minimum high school diploma; additional certifications in office administration or customer service are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and trainers in a busy environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in receptionist duties and phone etiquette.
• Basic clerical skills: data entry, record keeping, appointment scheduling, payment handling.
• Comfort with computer systems and office software for member management, email and scheduling.
