Front Desk Receptionist – Bangalore

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Bangalore wellness centre. The role involves greeting clients, managing appointments and ensuring a smooth, positive experience for visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner.
• Manage front‑desk operations, including answering, screening and directing incoming calls.
• Schedule and coordinate client appointments, consultations and maintain accurate appointment logs.
• Handle client enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp, providing information on wellness services and programmes.
• Maintain client records, registers and basic administrative documentation.
• Coordinate with wellness consultants, therapists, trainers and internal teams.
• Process billing, payments and basic cash/transaction records when required.
• Ensure the reception and waiting area remains clean, organised and presentable.
• Address client concerns professionally and escalate issues as needed.

Required profile

• Graduate or equivalent qualification.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive, preferably in wellness, healthcare, fitness, spa or clinic settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant, well‑groomed appearance.
• Customer‑focused, organised and able to multitask effectively.
• Good command of English; knowledge of Kannada and Hindi is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
