Front Desk Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Front Desk Manager to support the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily front‑office operations at our hotel in Bengaluru. The role involves supervising the Bell staff, switchboard, and guest services teams to ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes and high levels of guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in administering all front‑office functions, including Bell/Door staff, switchboard, and front‑desk operations.
• Supervise daily staff activities, manage staffing levels, and ensure compliance with service standards.
• Handle guest complaints, resolve disputes, and maintain a positive guest experience.
• Monitor financial performance of the department and work towards achieving revenue and cost targets.
• Communicate business objectives to the team, recognize performance, and provide coaching as needed.
• Act as the point of contact in the absence of the Front Office or Assistant Front Office Manager.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or a related hospitality role, OR a 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to understand and support the financial goals of the property.
