Front Desk Executive / Receptionist

About the role

The Front Desk Executive will be the first point of contact for clients visiting the clinic. You will manage client flow, handle billing and appointments, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience throughout the visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients professionally, check appointments and retrieve records.
• Escort clients to consultation or treatment areas and guide them during their visit.
• Generate accurate bills for services and product sales, handle cash, card and digital payments, and close invoices daily.
• Answer incoming calls, schedule, reschedule or cancel appointments, verify doctor and room availability, and send reminders via WhatsApp or call.
• Facilitate video consultations when required.
• Return missed calls promptly, maintain weekly missed‑call counts, and conduct follow‑up or promotional calls as per scripts.

Required profile

• Female candidates only.
• Strong communication skills with English proficiency preferred.
• Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience.
