Front Desk Executive / Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact at our Lajpat Nagar clinic. The role involves greeting clients, managing appointments, handling billing, and providing overall administrative support in a fast‑moving aesthetic and trichology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and escort clients, verify appointments, retrieve records and coordinate with doctors or technicians.
• Generate accurate bills for services and product sales, process cash, card and digital payments, and ensure daily collections are reconciled.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirm availability of staff and rooms, send reminders via WhatsApp or call, and arrange video consultations when needed.
• Answer incoming calls, handle bookings, rescheduling and cancellations, and maintain a log of missed calls.
• Conduct follow‑up and promotional calls to regular clients as per scripts, and reach out to clients who have not visited in the past three months.

Required profile

• Female candidates only.
• Strong communication skills, preferably fluent in English.
• Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• 1–5 years of experience in reception or front‑desk roles, preferably in a medical or retail setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer applications.

What we offer

• Salary range of INR 2.5‑3.5 Lakhs per annum.
• Six‑day work week with flexible timing (9:45 AM – 7:00 PM).
• Training provided for clinic processes and systems.
