Front Desk Executive (Receptionist) – Healthcare Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for clients at our aesthetic and trichology clinic. The role involves managing client flow, handling billing, scheduling appointments, and providing courteous support throughout the visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients, verify appointments, and coordinate with doctors and technicians.
• Escort clients to consultation or treatment areas and assist them during their visit.
• Generate accurate bills for services and product sales, process cash, card, and digital payments, and ensure daily collections are closed.
• Handle incoming calls for booking, rescheduling, or cancellations, check availability of staff and rooms, and send appointment reminders via WhatsApp or call.
• Facilitate video consultations when required.
• Return missed calls promptly, maintain weekly missed‑call counts, and conduct follow‑up calls to regular and inactive clients as per scripts.

Required profile

• Female candidates only.
• Strong communication skills with English proficiency preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Pleasant personality and excellent interpersonal skills.

What we offer

• Salary range of Rs 2.5 – 3.5 LPA.
