Front Desk Executive

About the role

We are looking for an energetic, professional, and customer‑focused Front Desk Executive to join our team at Brookefield, Bengaluru. If you are passionate about fitness and want to grow with a dynamic team, this role offers a great opportunity to engage with members daily.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the gym’s front desk and handle member enquiries.
• Welcome and assist members and visitors with a friendly, professional approach.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, walk‑ins, and membership‑related queries.
• Maintain member records and update basic CRM/database information.
• Support membership registrations, renewals, and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with the fitness team to ensure a smooth member experience.
• Assist with basic administrative and front‑desk activities.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Good communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
• Ability to interact comfortably with members and prospective customers.
• Experience in a gym, fitness centre, hospitality, or customer service role is an advantage.
• Passion for fitness and a positive, energetic attitude.
