Front Desk Executive

About the role

We are seeking a warm and professional Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for parents, students, staff, and visitors at Wisdom World School. The role ensures smooth operation of the front office while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist parents, students, staff, and visitors courteously in person and over the phone.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; take and relay messages accurately.
• Respond to walk‑in and telephone enquiries about admissions, timings, events, and general school information.
• Manage the front‑desk email inbox and general correspondence, replying or forwarding promptly.
• Support the admissions team with enquiry follow‑ups, form issuance, and appointment scheduling.
• Maintain organised records such as visitor logs, enquiry data, and courier/dispatch registers.
• Register visitors, issue passes, and follow security and safeguarding procedures.
• Keep the reception area clean, welcoming, and well‑presented at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum graduate (any discipline).
• 2–3 years of experience in a front desk, reception, front office, or administrative role.
• Prior experience in an ICSE/CBSE school or educational institution is a strong plus.
• Excellent command of English, both oral and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Word.
• Proficiency in MS Office Excel.
• Effective use of email for communication.
