Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
- Provide information about the company’s services, products, and policies.
- Manage check‑ins and check‑outs of visitors, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
- Make outbound calls to customers/clients as required.
- Follow up with existing and prospective customers through calls and messages.
- Explain company services, products, offers, or other relevant information to customers.
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, follow‑ups, and enquiries.
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and coordinate with the concerned department when required.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, or follow‑ups as instructed.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain and update customer and visitor records accurately.
Required skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic data entry and record‑keeping abilities.
