Fresher Customer Support Executive – International Voice (US/UK)

About the role

We are looking for fresh graduates to join HCL Technologies as Customer Care Representatives handling inbound voice calls for US and UK customers. The position is based in Noida and involves providing support primarily in the banking domain.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer queries following the defined call flow and scripts.
• Maintain high quality and adherence to process standards, aiming for first‑call resolution.
• Escalate issues according to established procedures and log escalations.
• Update various tracking logs such as escalation and complaint trackers.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality of customer information.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (any UG/Grad) – freshers only; law graduates, B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA are not eligible.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone etiquette.
• Enthusiastic, helpful, and empathetic attitude towards customers.
• Willingness to work in a call‑center environment handling US/UK inbound calls.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using standard call‑center software and tools.
