French Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated French Teacher to join our growing school in Hyderabad for the 2026–27 academic year. The successful candidate will deliver French language instruction across multiple grade levels, aligning lessons with Cambridge and/or CBSE curriculum standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging French lessons that develop speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills.
• Assess student progress regularly, maintain accurate records, and provide constructive feedback to learners and their families.
• Integrate cultural elements of French‑speaking countries to enrich classroom experiences.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and contribute to staff meetings and professional development activities.
• Support individual tutoring or remedial sessions for students with diverse learning needs.
• Participate actively in school events, extracurricular activities, and community initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong command of spoken and written French, with professional proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in French, Languages, Education, or a related field; teaching certification or diploma preferred.
• Prior classroom teaching experience, ideally within Cambridge or CBSE curricula.
• Ability to create inclusive, student‑centered learning environments and manage classrooms effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and willingness to engage in school‑wide activities.
