The French‑Speaking Recruitment Support Specialist acts as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking candidates throughout the hiring journey at Accenture. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional candidate experience by handling inbound and outbound communications, guiding applicants through each recruitment step, and ensuring accurate record‑keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with French‑speaking candidates via phone, email, and chat.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment and onboarding process, providing clear status updates.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Answer candidate queries, resolve concerns professionally, and maintain high service standards.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment system.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment teams to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Required profile

• C1 or higher proficiency in French (mandatory).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
• Experience in customer service, recruitment coordination, or candidate support is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple candidate interactions while maintaining quality.
