French Proctor

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French Proctor to administer high‑stakes examinations remotely and, when required, onsite. The successful candidate will ensure the integrity and confidentiality of each exam while providing professional support to candidates and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Proctor a variety of high‑stakes exams remotely, maintaining strict security and confidentiality.
• Perform onsite proctoring when needed, adhering to the same security standards.
• Document incidents, write detailed reports, and correspond on any issues that arise during an exam session.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for exam queues.
• Assist the Customer Service team by handling calls and live‑chat inquiries related to exams.
• Collaborate effectively with managers at various levels.

Required profile

• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing and able to work day or night shifts.
• Open to both remote and onsite work environments.
